It outputs "en_US.UTF8" for every entry. I normally use "ja_JP.UTF8" since I'm Japanese, but I had problem running KDE with my locale set to ja_JP.UTF8. Hmmm, I'm not aware of any such problem with kde for Japanese on Fedora Core. Could you test with final FC4 too, or at least report the problem in bugzilla? :)
