I was reading through https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_11_Beta_release_notes and realized that as of right now, there's nothing specifically pertaining to i18n there.
Is that something that needs to be looked into ?

You mean this: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Beats/I18n ?
Not sure why the i18n beat doesn't appear in the beta relnotes: they look more like highlights? :-|
It would be nice to mention ibus there at least.

It would sure be. I'd love to see it mentioned.

Yes, the Beta one-sheet are highlights based on whatever seems important for the *Beta*. That is, we'll highlight stuff that we won't in the final, because of testing, etc. We also highlight content that is in the current Marketing talking points page.[1]
Please add in a note directly to the Beta page, add a new bullet to the list. It is probably that the folks working on the notes didn't realize the important of ibus or especially the importance of testing attention during the Beta cycle.
There was a lot of discussion in last week's Docs meeting about how much to include in the Beta one-sheet. It's appreciated if you can keep any points very brief, and link out to more information.

If you want to see ibus or other i18n features mentioned in the talking points, fedora-marketing-list is the group managing that page aiui, with lots of input from Paul Frields.

Thanks for bringing this up: I added it to various places now including the page you mentioned.

Sounds like we should have a simple way for a beat writer to note that some content or attention is needed in the Alpha and Beta. I added it to the Docs team agenda for tomorrow, so we'll get it fixed next time. :)
From here, the Release Candidate notes are going to be directly from the beats pages, and you have done fine work there already.
