Greetings. Red Hat is adding a new master dns server, so they need us to allow it to transfer our internal zones so they know what internal nets are which. The infrastructure team will be having it's weekly meeting tomorrow, 2016-10-06 at 18:00 UTC in #fedora-meeting on the freenode network. [Freeze Break Request] Bodhi: Don't allow Karma to set request to None

Howdy partners, Bodhi 2.2.0 introduced a new feature that allowed updates to not autopush, but to still have karma thresholds. Once the update reaches the karma threshold when autopush is off, the submitter will be offered the "push to stable" button. There's a bug in this code that results in Karma comments explicitly setting the update request to None[0]. This results in popular updates that use this feature getting stuck in testing, as every time the submitter clicks push to stable there's a race between release engineering pushing the update vs. any helpful tester giving karma to the update (which will set the request back to None). I'd like to make one more 2.2 series update for Bodhi to resolve this issue. The patch[1] is quite small, and is really only deleting a single line of code from production. [PATCH 1/2] allow /mnt/koji/atomic-cd to be mounted rw inside of runroot

Hello everyone, I'm Fabio Alessandro Locati (fale on fas and IRC), a Red Hat Senior Consultant in the UK. I've been freelancing as sysop, dba and solution architect since 2004. I've met GNU/Linux in 2001 and since 2002 I've completely dismissed any other OS. I've tried every Fedora since Moonshine, but only with Constantine it became my daily-use OS. During my daily job, I work mainly with Red Hat products (RHEL, Ansible, Ansible Tower, and RHOSP are probably the one I encounter the most). I'm Packager and Ambassador in the Fedora Project since August, 2014. I tried to join the Fedora Infra team about 2 years ago, but due to lack of time I had to focus on less Fedora projects so I let it go. I would like to join the infra team to help out and to learn new stuff in the procee. The part of infrastructure I'd like to focus on, at least at the beginning is the sysop part, since I've far more experience in this field.
