Side note on this. As smooge and I were discussing this in #fedora-noc earlier we realized how hard it is for our current method to determine what hotfixes are actually needed where. I think it would be worth it to re-think the workflow here.

Moving hotfixes into puppet is on my TODO list. It shoudn't be very hard to do at all, since we can test on the presense of classes with puppet.
