Notes on IoT Edition promotion

Rawhide composes

Hi All, We now have nightly rawhide/F-31 composes running. There's been a couple of image build failures that seem to be spurious but the ostree/installers are fine, the nightly will run at 08:00 UTC daily so hopefully they'll settle down. They can be found here: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/iot/rawhide/ Of course you can also rebase from other releases as per the docs: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/iot/rebasing/ Please report any issues to the list here or other locations as appropriate.
