Two x86_64 UEFI computers (different CPUs and firmware OEMs) won't boot this kernel.
On one computer, it reboots shortly after I see EFI stub: UEFI secure boot enabled. On another computer, I just get a hang with an underscore and it never recovers.
kernel-4.15.0-0.rc8.git1.1.fc28.x86_64 works fine on both.

Can you file a bugzilla for tracking?
Also does it work if you turn off Secure Boot?

Same behaviour here (reboot a few seconds after the system starts booting the 2.1 kernel) on a system, that does not support secure boot (Lenovo ThinkPad X220).

I noted this in the bugzilla but this should be fixed in the -rc9 release.
Thanks, Laura
