Can you elaborate how it can affect Koji? Yes, koji builders' does not use networking, but AFAIK only in chroot and it is set by config['use_host_resolv'] = False Which we explicitly set to true for the bootstrap chroot. And BTW it does not mean that there is no network, just no resolvers so only access using DNS does not work.
