The 1.12 release of Koji landed last week. This release is tagged as koji-1.12.0 in git, and you can download a tarball here:

In the past, Koji releases have been often been very far apart, but that is changing. We are currently aiming for a two-month release cycle, so you should expect the next release sometime in June.
