I just wrote a fedora messaging operator proposal:

The operator scope is limited to publish messages to fedora-messaging no
external message schemas (for now).
I would welcome anyone who is interested in it as well, even if you are not
familiar with operator development, I would be more than happy to work
together with anyone who wants to get started with operator development :-)
