Adds kickstart option for using kickstart file as an recipe for editing
a livecd image.
Following directives are honored:
part / --size <new rootfs size to be resized to>
bootloader --append "!opt-to-remove opt-to-add"
repo --baseurl=file://path-to-RPMs
