Regarding Buildah article - Part II

Hi there. I've modified the article with all the fantastic suggestions by Dale Raby. Also I've removed the duplicated content and converted the document to ODF, PDF and txt for people with slow computers or no google account. Thanks for all and regards. Hi Everyone. I just joined the team here at Fedora Magazine. I'm a technical writer at Red Hat, presently writing for the Red Hat Virtualization product. I'm writing a pitch on using SCAP and OpenSCAP to secure a Fedora 30 Workstation. "The Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) is a method for using specific standards to enable automated vulnerability management, measurement, and policy compliance evaluation of systems deployed in an organization, including e.g., FISMA compliance." Hello, While writing up the post on how software is added/updated in Fedora, I realised we'd have to first explain what rpm packages are and how dnf etc. work with them.
