(1) Win64 support
(2)? Use mingw-w64 project to build 32 bit w32api/runtime, since
mingw-w64 seems to be more active.
we can still use mingw32 until mingw-64 will be ready to switch and the
changes can be done in the background.

(4) Get some of the issues resolved in the packaging guidelines:
imho we can write packaging guide for CC as an f12 feature and we can
start a discussion about it.
(9) gstreamer support. we already working on it, but it's not too easy:-(
