Hi all
I'm a fedora packager[1] with interests in promoting Mono.
I'm currently proposing Moonlight for being included, at least, in RPM Fusion.org [2].
In the preparation for v1.9 I've asked for activation of the the --with-moonlight switch compiling mono[3].
I know some people in Fedora has bad feelings with Mono. My last interest is about trolling or starting infinite mail threads. So, I would like to collect _facts_ to support Mono in Fedora. In this sense, I'll be grateful about any references you could be aware about.
Thanks!

Welcome Ismael,
On behalf of the Mono SIG let me thank you for your interest and work. I am hoping your stay with us will be pleasant.
On top of the agenda right now is definitely rewriting our packaging guidelines, they are outdated and out of sync with recommendations from upstream as well as other leading distros. I am hoping I can draw upon you for input in this effort.
As for the Moonlight enablement, I would be pleased to see that happen but unfortunately Tom Calloway and RH Legal tends to hulk out whenever Moonlight is mentioned so please don't be disappointed if that never happens.
Kind regards, David Nielsen

I'll try to feedback as much as possible.
In that sense, maybe my present work with ikvm[1] could be my driver to contribute.
