I am pleased to announce a new release of omping 0.0.4.
This release brings many new features.
The most important are:
- RTT is now counted directly from OS provided information of packet
arrival.
- Added options -R and -S to send OS size of receive and send buffer.
- Support for Cygwin 1.7 environment and OpenIndiana
- Option -c can be used to specify maximum number of query messages to
be send by client.
- Support for broadcast ping
- Better handling of zero interval pings
- Operational mode selection between normal mode (same as in previous
versions) and client only
- Allow displaying of remote server informations
