I have done build and install so far only on fc28 updated to have Qt 5.11.3.
"sudo dnf builddep mne-cpp.spec" installed dependent Qt packages for build.
"mock -v mne-cpp-master-1.0.fc28.src.rpm" built the source RPM and existed with
status 0.

Description:
k2hr3_osnl is an OpenStack Notification Listener that listens to notifications
from OpenStack services. OpenStack services emit notifications to the message
bus, which is provided by oslo.messaging. oslo.messaging transports them to a
message broker server. The default broker server is RabbitMQ. When k2hr3_osnl
catches a notification message from RabbitMQ, it sends the payload to K2hR3
that
is a role-based ACL system that provides access control for Openstack virtual
machine instances.

Description: The goal of this project is to replace the proprietary app that
was needed to
configure and view my IP camera. The ONVIF protocol can be used to view and
configure many types of camera's and is a open standard that can be implemented
using standard SOAP libraries. Using Qt5 for the back-end and Kirigami UI
framework makes this application a cross-platform solution.
Fedora Account System Username: caspermeijn
There are two things that I am not sure of:
* The source files related to the ONVIF protocol may be distributed, but not
modified. Is this allowed in the source package? Does this need to be stated in
the spec file? Does this change the license of the binary (and with that the
License field)?
* The tests in the package require a X server. Is this possible during a
rpmbuild? Is it useful to run these tests?
Thanks in advance.

engineering the memory records types present in a process heap. It focuses
on reconstruction, classification of classic C structures from memory. It
