Some HTTP proxies require to use the CONNECT method. This is possible with Perl
using LWP-Protocol-connect, but this module is not packaged in EPEL.
Would it be possible to do it?

I realise that there are a bunch of dependencies that will need building
unfortunately.
I need this for perl-MCE, which in turn is needed by perl-Test-Perl-Critic.
