Hi,
I configured an alert definitions which should trigger when file systems usage is more than 80 %. Works fine. (Alarm 1)
I also configured the "opposite" alert, which is triggered when the usage is below 80 %. Works fine also. (Alarm 2)
Whenever I configure a recovery alarm (e.g. Alarm 2 is the recovery for Alarm 1), the Alarm 1 is not triggered at all, when the condition of Alarm 1 comes true.
This is at least in RHQ 4.9 and 4.10. I know that it has worked before. Did other users experience this too?

P.S.: The definition of values with a % metric has a small bug: If you change the value, the % sign is in the entry field of the numeric value in addition to the base unit shown below of the entry field.

Another suggestion in this context: For definitions you have three choices for the comparators: "<", "=" and ">". For "opposite" pairs of these definitions it would be convenient to have a fourth choice like "<=" to include the =-value in the second definition.
