I thought I already had it up there but I might have just seen it there from when you pushed it.
I mostly marked up chapter five yesterday and committed that to the repo. Still need to markup chapter four and then go back to all the spots where I was lazy and didn't want to do the annoying markups. Robin made lots of notes on his [physical] copy of the guide and so I'm hoping to create patches from that to start a discussion here on potential changes to the document.

That'd be great! Thanks again for this.... the markup can be annoying. I went out and bought a copy of oXygen just for this process =/
