I have recently released scap-workbench 0.8.0 and pushed it to Fedora 18 and 19. You can install it by executing:
# yum install scap-workbench
Workbench can be started by running 'scap-workbench'. Unfortunately, this release doesn't contain a desktop file so nothing will appear in the menus or on desktop. This has been fixed and will no longer be a problem in future releases.
The new workbench is a good substitute for the old version unless you need to do tailoring. I am currently working on tailoring and the next version is planned to contain an initial version of it.
Incomplete list of what works: - local scanning - remote scanning (via ssh) (new!) - datastreams (new!) as well as plain XCCDF files - profile selection - results as XCCDF or ARF (new!) - HTML reports
