Fedora Scientific Guide

Hi Everyone, I have been thinking that it would be a good idea to have a Fedora Scientific Guide. Hence, put together a rough layout of the contents that such a guide could have and have started to put in some contents. You can see the current version here: https://fedora-scientific.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ I am sure I won't go far with it, if I keep doing it at my pace and juggling with all other things. So, please contribute which ever sections interest you and in whichever way you can. The sources are here: https://github.com/amitsaha/fedora_scientific_guide It's a Sphinx project written in reStructured text. Please let me know if you have problems with those. fflas-ffpack needs update for atlas in rawide

Hi, I have been receiving daily emails about linbox and sagemath broken, but am kind busy lately. I just checked it out, and the root problem appears to be fflas-ffpack that needs fixing first, then linbox and then rebuild sagemath. $ fflas-ffpack-config --libs -lgmpxx -lgmp -lgivaro -L/usr/lib64/atlas -lcblas -latlas -L/usr/lib64/atlas -llapack and in fflas-ffpack.spec: %configure --docdir=%{_docdir}/fflas-ffpack-%{version} --disable-static \ --enable-optimization --enable-doc --with-cblas=%{_libdir}/atlas \ --with-lapack=%{_libdir}/atlas so, now the correction is to change the above to: %configure --docdir=%{_docdir}/fflas-ffpack-%{version} --disable-static \ --enable-optimization --enable-doc --with-blas="-L%{_libdir}/atlas -lsatlas" \ --with-lapack="-L%{_libdir}/atlas -lsatlas" Or am I missing something?
