Does stratis can use hardware encoding chips on the workstations board? How to configure BIOS and stratisd daemon on TPM and PPT workstations? Does somebody care?

Hi! Stratis 3.1.0 has been released upstream. It is available in Fedora in rawhide and will also be available shortly in Fedora 36 and 35.
