[stratis-devel] The next version of stratisd will be 3.0.0

Hi!

In a few months we will be putting out a new version of stratisd.

This time, we will bump the major version, something we haven't done in a couple of years.

Please see the blog post [1] for the announcement of the upcoming change.

We expect to be putting out additional information about the forthcoming changes as we approach the release.
