[stratis-devel] Some functionality formerly supplied by the stratisd package is now supplied by stratisd-dracut package

The Fedora stratisd spec file now defines two packages: stratisd and stratisd-dracut (as well as the usual supporting packages).

We've posted a note about the packaging implementation and the reasons why we chose to make a subpackage on the Stratis website: https://stratis-storage.github.io/stratisd-rootfs-packaging/. We expect that other downstream packagers will find it easiest to use a similar arrangement.

The Fedora 34 build is available at: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-2560416f2e. Please let us know if you run into any difficulties with the new packaging approach.
