Hi!

This release is a small bug fix release.

The principle purpose of the release is to bump the direct bindgen dependency version to the more recent 0.59.

The release also includes some small fixes to the behavior of our D-Bus layer, correcting some fairly minor bugs principally in the emission of signals.
