I already filed a bug and discussion on devel@ but what I'm wondering
is if anyone with a Mac can test this:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1714062
Step 1 might actually be rather important to try to reproduce the bug
because it resets Gatekeeper to defaults, where if you've previously
given Gatekeeper permission to run Fedora Media Writer, it might not
ask again. So I suggest testing without this step first, and then
redoing it with this step. And then report your findings in the above
bug.
Test day for FMW only shows one result, so I think this may be real
bug that slipped through the cracks.

Thanks!

Poly/ML compiler and runtime system

With the release of polyml 5.8, past efforts to ensure polyml is not marked as
needing an executable stack were dropped, since upstream had added the required
section attributes to its assembly language files. However, for as yet unknown
reasons, that did not work on every architecture. This update ensures that the
executable stack flag is off on every architecture.

Tomorrow is a holiday here; so I won't be at the QA meeting.
I did submit a draft to test@ as something to consider for the Last
Minute Blocker Bugs process. I received two e'mails with input, but I
thought it best to get the input from the meeting before I revised the
draft. Please let me know if there is something I can do before our next
meeting.
I never heard back from desktop@ regarding making Media Writer part of
the standard install for Workstation.
Have a Great Day!
