My scsi tape used to be /dev/nst0, now it doesn't seem to have been created.

Anything SCSI that's not a hard drive doesn't get created in /dev.

That's what worked for me.

Now it stopped working completely. This is all updates as of yesterday. I loaded st, but still no /dev/nst0.
Log says:
