Description of problem:
In Fedora 34 Russian translation for `Restart…` in GNOME settings dropdown is
missed.
GNOME issue tracker says that the problem was fixed in GNOME translations but
not copied to Fedora

1. Set Russian
2. Open settings dropdown from the right
Actual results:
I see `Restart…`
Expected results:
To see `Перезагрузка…` as it was on previous versions.
