Thanks for the testing, everyone. Based on what we know now, this bug is no
longer considered a Prioritized Bug. The impact is limited to a specific
touchpad model used in a non-default configuration:

However, the kernel maintainer believes he will be able to address this bug in

This bug has been around under different bug numbers since Wayland
implementation was started. This is a current tool and works fine under X11,
but not with Wayland.
