Hi Tibyan!
The list of projects available for Fedora under the Women's Outreach
Program is available here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Outreach_Program_For_Women_2013/Mentors
python-ethtool is unfortunately not on that list, but you could try to
contact the maintainer of that tool and see if they would be able to
take you on as an intern. The maintainer of python-ethtool in Fedora is
Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo - his email address is acme(a)redhat.com .
The application deadline is next Monday though (December 3) so you might
want to pick a project from the list of projects on the wiki page above
since those are guaranteed to have mentors.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Harini!
The instructions for applying for the Fedora women's outreach internship
are available here:
https://live.gnome.org/OutreachProgramForWomen#Application_Process
The list of projects for Fedora are here, so if you'd like to apply for
a Fedora internship, you'll want to choose from these projects and
contact the mentor(s) listed for it:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Outreach_Program_For_Women_2013/Mentors
Let me know if you have any other questions and I am happy to help!

Hi Ruby!
I'm glad you're interested in contributing to Fedora as part of our
internship program for women!
The first step is that you'll need to select a project and get in touch
with the project mentor. The list of projects and mentors is here, do
you see any of interest?:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Outreach_Program_For_Women_2013/Mentors
The development projects specifically are here, which I think might
appeal to you because of your programming background:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Outreach_Program_For_Women_2013/Mentors#Deve…
Once you pick a project, you should email the mentor(s) for the project
and ask them for a small task you can complete as part of your
application. The full application instructions, including the
application form, are here:
https://live.gnome.org/OutreachProgramForWomen#Application_Process
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions - you've
got a very strong CV and I am really looking forward to your
application!

Dear Sir,
>From the wiki of this website https://fedorahosted.org/web/ I've chosen "python-ethtool" to make a contribution in. What kind of extension could i add to allow me work on.
I'm graduated this year from Khartoum university, my graduation project in Networking, that gave comprehensive imperial knowledge on editing protocols from header perspective. I also have some hand-on knowledge on BSD systems with moderate level of python language. This is the most appropriate one to start with, I can't choose from the listed project or could you allow me join any of the listed projects which allow me apply my background knowledge.
My regards,
Tibyan
Hi all,
I would like to express an interest in contributing to Fedora. I am very
eager to apply to the Outreach program for Women and feel this is a
fantastic project for me to contribute too, mainly as I am such a Linux
fan! I have attached my CV so you can find out a bit about myself and my
Github is https://github.com/rubychilds although I am currently in the
process of adding more to it.
I look forward to hearing from you,
