Hi Tibyan! The list of projects available for Fedora under the Women's Outreach Program is available here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Outreach_Program_For_Women_2013/Mentors python-ethtool is unfortunately not on that list, but you could try to contact the maintainer of that tool and see if they would be able to take you on as an intern. The maintainer of python-ethtool in Fedora is Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo - his email address is acme(a)redhat.com . The application deadline is next Monday though (December 3) so you might want to pick a project from the list of projects on the wiki page above since those are guaranteed to have mentors. The first step is that you'll need to select a project and get in touch with the project mentor. I'm graduated this year from Khartoum university, my graduation project in Networking, that gave comprehensive imperial knowledge on editing protocols from header perspective. I also have some hand-on knowledge on BSD systems with moderate level of python language. Hi all, I would like to express an interest in contributing to Fedora. I am very eager to apply to the Outreach program for Women and feel this is a fantastic project for me to contribute too, mainly as I am such a Linux fan!
