[3dprinting] Help needed with OpenSCAD build failures

Hello.

OpenSCAD fails to build w/Boost 1.73:

However all naive attempt to fix it just lead to new failures that might or not be Boost related. See the Bugzilla for details.

I am dealing with Python problems in rawhide now and I unfortunately don't have more time to debug this.

I am looking for short term help as well as long term co-maintainers of OpenSCAD.
