As previously announced[1], the infrastructure team is going to be adding all of the members of the packager group to the new fedmsg notifications system (FMN)[2].
It is currently an opt-in system, and this event will just invert things to make it opt-out; you can still disable notifications from it in the web interface.
The cut-over will happen next week on Wednesday, February 11th.

To follow up here. Koji's internal notifications have been turned off. the only way to get notifications now for koji is to use FMN
