Draft: What are rpm packages and how do we use them date

Hello, While writing up the post on how software is added/updated in Fedora, I realised we'd have to first explain what rpm packages are and how dnf etc. work with them. Pitch about Bitwarden with Podman

After a lot of issues and from my point of view non-descriptive errors I've found out how to get it to work.
