Gris marked some tests as tier1 in Nmstate to allow to run only stable tests that are not known to fail. It might be a good idea to check in reviews if new tests should be marked as tier1 as well. What do you think?

Background for this tier 1 test cases: * For downstream testing performed by our QE or internal CI. * For RHEL/Fedora CI gating. (Plan to enable it for RHEL 8.3).
I am also working on a patch allowing user to define the NIC names to be used for testing which help us testing on real hardware.
