It's kind of hard to check and see if these are bugzilla'ed without a CVE number and/or description of the issue. Otherwise one might assume that you are just comparing version numbers and the fixes may have been backported.

I simply listed the version numbers of the RPMs that are already available in the Fedora updates directory on download.fedora.redhat.com. So all RPMs are already available for download but no announcements have been made on the fedora-announce mailing-list.
