Graphical login won't display after reboot, you should disable SELinux. selinux-policy and selinux-policy-targeted 3.13.1-183 are the culprits:

Update them to 3.13.1-184 and graphical login will work again.

I saw this yesterday and it took me a while to work out the issue (thought it was a F-24 bad update).
Anyway the push for updates-testing is in progress so it should be on it's way to mirrors shortly.
