F24 update halted by "128KB required" on /usr/local/ filesystem to write nothing but empty directories from filesystem 3.2-37 rpm - test - Fedora mailing-lists

      Not totally empty. One directory got some sort of 13 byte cache file. I 
umounted /usr/local/ in order to get dnf to proceed to install its 
nothingness. Far more than 128KB was actually free on that filesystem.
