Hey everyone! By popular demand from social media, we're going to
extend our normal weekly Fedora Social Hour * to be a NYE party! All
are welcome to join.
Since interest was so high, we're using Hopin, the same platform we
used for Nest with Fedora and other events this year. But it's not
really a big planned event, just an informal hangout. Like all our
social hours, the focus is on fun and community, not project work —
plenty of time for that later.
It'll be at 23:30 UTC tomorrow so we can do the whole countdown thing.
Register at:
https://hopin.to/events/nye-party-with-fedora
Hope to see you there!

Fedora Project Leader
Hi everyone,
A few months back the Ambassadors Program Revamp was launched. This initiative aims to identify any blockers within the Fedora Ambassadors Program and help the Fedora community's most enthusiastic contributors to feel empowered to represent the Fedora project in their local communities and online. We hope to reinvigorate the program in a modern way and inspire new forms of ambassadorship in the larger FOSS community. You can have a look at the full proposal here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Ambassadors_Revamp_2020
To do so, we want to "listen" to as many advocates and contributors as possible. We have prepared a survey that contains questions that will help us identify what works best for contributors around the world and what could change. It should not take more than a couple of minutes to fill the survey. You can find the survey here: https://fedoraproject.limequery.com/679163?lang=en
Thank you in advance for your time :)
Kind regards,
Sumantro, Mariana, & the Temporary Task Force
