Fedora 33 pipeline -- is it stuck?

Hello, I've built package for rawhide https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-f33380047f and the fedora-ci.koji-build.tier0.functional result https://jenkins-continuous-infra.apps.ci.centos.org/blue/organizations/jenk… showed up within 20 minutes. I then built the same package for Fedora 33 https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-1b4c8966de and the WebUI says 1 of 1 required test results missing and looking at the Jenkins pipeline https://jenkins-continuous-infra.apps.ci.centos.org/blue/organizations/jenk… no jobs for swid-tools is even there, the last one completed a day ago. What’s new in Fedora CI

Hello! There are some cool new features in Fedora CI that we would like to tell you about. First of all, Fedora CI now supports running tests using the new tmt format. The tmt tool provides better user experience for enabling, creating and running tests across different environments (e.g. vm, container, localhost). The same configuration can be used for enabling tests in Packit, Fedora CI and RHEL CI. See [1] to get a quick start. This functionality is available for Rawhide and for dist-git pull requests. The older STI format is, of course, still supported and it takes precedence over tmt. If you’d want to switch over to tmt, you will need to rename or delete the tests*.yml files used by STI. Next there are 3 generic tests that automatically run on all Rawhide builds. Note not all of them are completely new — you’ve likely seen some of these tests before. What’s really new is that all these generic tests run in Testing Farm [2] now. Testing Farm is a new test execution service that provides an infrastructure that should be much more stable and as a result, less flakiness overall. These generic tests are: - rpmdeplint - rpminspect - installability If you’d want to know more about any of those tests, please check out the Fedora CI wiki page [3]. Test not run for Rawhide package

We had an issue with an installer fix not going out to Rawhide because the update failed gating: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1881234#c10 https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-7955e13f0e the maintainer subsequently waived the requirement, but the issue was that the package has gating config set to require a pass for fedora-ci.koji-build.tier0.functional , but that test did not run for the build, as you can see by checking resultsdb: https://taskotron.fedoraproject.org/resultsdb/results?item:like=blivet-gui-… the only result for that build is a fedora-ci.koji- build.rpminspect.static-analysis result. Can anyone tell why the tier0.functional test didn't run for this build?
