Disabling tls 1.1 cockpit in centos 7

Hi, In centos 7 with cockpit 195.1 how do I disable the use of tls 1.1? I have tried in : /usr/lib/systemd/system/ Cockpit.service [Service] Environment=G_TLS_GNUTLS_PRIORITY=-VERS-ALL:+VERS-TLS1.2 And I also created the file /etc/systemd/system/cockpit.service.d/ssl.conf With same settings, restarted the service with Systemctl restart cockpit But if I do Openssl s_client -connect localhost:9090 -tls1_1 I get proper response (a certificate) Suggestions? Thanks.

Upload files to machines

Hi everybody, I am working on a cockpit plugin. Among some features, I would like to be able to upload some heavy binary files (# 500MB) to remote machines through cockpit web page. Do you have some advices on how to do this ? I am not sure the cockpit.file API is suitable for this. Good job with this software. Best Regards S.

Systems should not override it according to the spec. It's supposed to be a symlink to `/usr/lib/os-release`. The idea is that you can override it in `/etc`. Unfortunately, some systems get this wrong and ony write the file in `/etc`. Hi Daniel, Cockpit looks in `/etc/os-release`[1] for the `VARIANT` and `VARIANT_ID` keys. You can override the keys there. Hi I'm trying to change the branding folder that is used by cockpit, I read this in at https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/blob/master/doc/branding.md#how-… I tried by placing it at systemd unit file, here is how # cat /etc/systemd/system/cockpit.service [Unit] Description=Cockpit Web Service Documentation=man:cockpit-ws(8) Requires=cockpit.socket [Service] ExecStartPre=/usr/sbin/remotectl certificate --ensure --user=root --group=cockpit-ws --selinux-type=etc_t ExecStart=/usr/libexec/cockpit-ws PermissionsStartOnly=true User=cockpit-ws Group=cockpit-ws Environment=VARIANT_ID=MyVariant #<-- my variant Also I tried to stop cockpit.service and run with the variable setted, no effect I copied centos folder to centos-MyVariant and changed the logo image. Feature Request: Ability to see a client's screen/desktop

How difficult would it be to add the ability to see a client's screen/desktop if using Wayland? XOrg? Are these possible? Would a 3rd party need to implement these through a plugin?
