Here a patch to facilitate the move of COPR to https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/
For the time being, at least until the new version has gone out, the old API URL will continue to work. All old URLs now forward to the new ones.

Any intentions to drop the old URLs at some point?
The old URL is a redirect at this moment, and I don't see any reason to drop those in the foreseeable future.
The current temporary proxying of /api/ will likely be disabled in a month or two, when enough time has went by to deploy the attached patch, but then we'll just turn that into a redirect as well. (/api* is proxied because otherwise we'd break API clients because a redirected POST gets turned into a GET per HTTP spec).

I am curious as well. What was wrong on copr.fedoraproject.org? What was the reason for the change?

At this moment I've scheduled stopping the reverse proxying at March 22, which is exactly two months after I have sent this patch and the above notice. At that moment, all POST requests to copr.fp.o will stop working, and as such the CLI will break if it is still using the old URL.

My problem with this patch is that we want to decommission copr.fedorainfracloud.org and soon replace it with real copr.fedoraproject.org. So I do not see reason to apply this in upstream.
