Umm... this license isn't a copyright license, nor is it useful for software, fonts, or content. What are you trying to do with it?

Would like to package and ship open hardware designs that are released under TAPR with Fedora Electronic Lab (FEL) so people can use the FEL tools with it.
The open graphics project, for examples, uses this license:

Red Hat Legal thinks this is non-free, because the indemnification clause (7.4) is too broad.
