[Pending Review] How to install Pipenv on Fedora

Hi, My article draft [0] about Pipenv is ready for the review. I decided to follow the advice I got when I proposed a pitch on this mailing list. This first article is focused on installing Pipenv on Fedora, so it is easy to be found using search engines. Michal told me he still wants to finish this. (Let me know if that's not the case!) AFAIK, according to the editors should be covered in two articles: a short announcement for those who already know pipenv, and a longer one describing what to do with it. Hi Michal, The editors want to publish your pipenv article, but we'd like there to be a little more description of what to do in pipenv. Also, the screenshot in the article is illegible and it would help to instead have this as HTML inside <pre> tags. Would you be able to add some more content that discusses some of the most common ways people would make use of pipenv to help with development? -- Paul W. Draft: What’s new in the Anaconda Installer for Fedora 28 ?
