Since there is a wide availability for el5 in the world of science,
there needs to be a build for EPEL-el5.
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum list *shogun*
2. no package found for *shogun*
Actual results:
There is no build for el5.
Expected results:
There should be a EPEL-build for el5.

1. fedpkg build
Actual results:
build fails with exhausted memory
Expected results:
build passes without problems
Additional info:
retiring octave-shogun on %%{arm}, until Koji-builders are migrated
to arm64-hardware

There is a possibility to build bindings for Perl from the sources,
but no build currently provides them.

1. yum list *shogun*
2. no package for `perl-shogun` available
Actual results:
There is no build with a package for the available bindings to Perl.
Expected results:
There should be a build providing `perl-shogun`.

Upstream, scikit-learn has been largely renamed to 'sklearn'.
Would it make sense to add a 'Provides: python-sklearn' line in the spec file
so people can install it by that name?
