How long does it take before these packages are available to the mock environment used when I try to build a package using
koji build --scratch dist-6E-epel some-package-srpm
I am trying to build a package that depends on the two above and it's failing because they are not (yet) available in the mock environment setup by koji.

Only stable updates are available in buildroots, so there is 2 weeks delay. But you can ask rel-engs to tag the builds from updates-testing into the buildroots at https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/newticket (select epel as component).

Thanks!
I have opened this ticket https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/4371 for that matter.
All the best.

Also, scratch builds can't make it into buildroots. You need to build the package normally (i.e. check it into git, upload sources to the lookaside cache, and build the package with fedpkg build), then request a buildroot override from releng. koji build --scratch dist-6E-epel some-package-srpm
