Hi,
I have pinged package maintainers about rawhide uploads for the remaining users, namely:
source | build_time -----------------------------+--------------------- NetworkManager-1.2.2-2.fc25 | 2016-06-02 19:32:55 OpenIPMI-2.0.22-1.fc25 | 2016-06-02 19:52:49 glib2-2.49.1-2.fc25 | 2016-06-01 20:15:54 hostapd-2.5-4.fc25 | 2016-06-06 19:16:47 libnice-0.1.13-6.fc25 | 2016-06-10 19:09:03 nftables-0.6-1.fc25 | 2016-06-02 20:22:48 ntp-4.2.6p5-41.fc25 | 2016-06-02 15:31:49 tigervnc-1.6.0-6.fc25 | 2016-06-02 07:34:54 weechat-1.5-1.fc25 | 2016-06-05 16:24:00 (9 rows)
This is for the primary architectures. Once those are done, I will double-check the secondary architectures to see if they have any architecture-specific packages which still need rebuilds.

Thanks for following up!
We are now down to the following packages referencing compat symbols:
source | build_time | architectures -----------------------------+------------+---------------------- NetworkManager-1.2.2-2.fc25 | 2016-06-11 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] OpenIPMI-2.0.22-1.fc25 | 2016-06-17 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] gdb-7.11.1-75.fc25 | 2016-06-10 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] glib2-2.49.1-2.fc25 | 2016-06-10 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] hostapd-2.5-4.fc25 | 2016-06-11 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] libnice-0.1.13-6.fc25 | 2016-06-17 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] nftables-0.6-1.fc25 | 2016-06-11 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] ntp-4.2.6p5-41.fc25 | 2016-06-11 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] perl-Net-RawIP-0.25-22.fc25 | 2016-06-11 | ["aarch64"] pokerth-1.1.1-16.fc25 | 2016-06-14 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] tigervnc-1.6.0-6.fc25 | 2016-06-11 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] weechat-1.5-1.fc25 | 2016-06-14 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] wesnoth-1.12.6-1.fc25 | 2016-06-14 | ["ppc64", "ppc64le"] (13 rows)
All those packages have already been rebuilt on primary, which means these symbol references will go away automatically over the coming days/weeks.
I'm going to assume that ppc64 rebuilds things roughly in order, so I'm going to remove the compat symbols from rawhide with the next upload.

Thanks. I'm glad to see this list getting smaller as we approach Alpha.
