Hi all, The MinGW jasper package is behind in the massive security update that the native package has received recently. The update will introduce a DLL name change. I'm going to build and rebuild dependencies over the next week or so. Effects: mingw-LibRaw mingw-cximage mingw-gdk-pixbuf mingw-gstreamer-plugins-bad-free mingw-qt5-qtimageformats Thanks, Michael

ExclusiveArch for mingw-wine-gecko

Hello, With the activation of ARM and PPC arches in Fedora going forward this introduces a minor issue for the mingw-wine-gecko package. It has a, not completely required, Requires on wine-common. Since Wine does not support PPC (and should not be expected to) there is no wine-common package for PPC. Is it acceptable to exclude mingw-wine-gecko from PPC arches? While I could drop the Requires, the binaries would have no use on a Power machine by themselves. They would also never be used in a package build. Thoughts? Thanks, Michael

Hi all, The nettle 3.3 update introduces a DLL name change. libnettle-6-2.dll libhogweed-4-2.dll to libnettle-6.dll libhogweed-4.dll :( I am pushing a new build of mingw-gnutls, but mingw-gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free will need a rebuild. I'm pushing F25 and F26 builds with an override for F25. koji wait-repo --build=mingw-nettle-3.3-1.fc26 f26-build koji wait-repo --build=mingw-nettle-3.3-1.fc25 f25-build Thanks, Michael

It appears no one wants to subscribe to the mingw mailing list[2] or watch bodhi and give karma[3] or watch koji for the overrides[4][5]. I have extended the buildroot until 2016-11-12, which will be when I can push the update to stable. If you can't build your packages by that time then you will have to wait until it hits stable.
