这个跟时区无关，是 locale 决定的。GNOME 控制中心里，区域和语言，格式是中国（汉语）吗？

切换成英国英语 United Kingdom (English) 有用没？他们也是一周从周一开始。如果还不行，那就需要看是不是 GNOME 上游把它改坏了。
