Hi, I am studying packaging guidelines of binary software written in Go language. Actually am studying https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/syncthing/blob/master/f/syncthing.spec but I would like to read a shorter spec file. Which one do you recommend me to take as example in order to make some comparisons?
Thank you
Hi Germano,
you can try https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/runc/blob/master/f/runc.spec.
Is there something specific you would like to know?
Regards
Jan

Hi Jan, I would like to ask you some general suggestions considering that I am going to package https://github.com/evilsocket/bettercap-ng and considering that it is my first Go package :-)
I created a model of spec file for this package, and I am going to fill it with all necessary stuff https://pagure.io/bettercap-ng_spec_file/blob/master/f/bettercap-ng.spec
Thank you and have a nice day
I just created review request https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1540726
