Hi all,
we had a nice and productive meeting today, and all members attended. We
made an update about the ambassadors status check, and the mentor's
availability request.
Both are proceeding quite well and we will close the tasks in respectively
two and one week.
During the rest of the meeting we discussed about a proposal of a new
process for mentor's nominations and removals, which we agreed on
by unanimity. However, before getting it in place we need to complete some
other steps; once they are done we will communicate that properly.
If you like to know more, please read the meeting minutes:

Kind regards.

First for all. Sorry I have been bit "out" from Fedora for a while.
Still digging the ground and leaving messages whenever I can ;-)
And finally now I am coming back more due I have now more time..
Q is:
Polo shirts. Yes, I had one many years ago.
According the new system I could not find a way how I could get a NEW
one apart from the "automated list".
I have an opportunity to go to Prague at 28.4. at Oracle Cloud Computing
event (loads of Docker talk in there) and also (just heard this) that at
the same time there is some kind of linux event on going...
Therefore I would like to have a new polo to wear. Is there any (maybe
new) way to have those?
This page: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Polo_Shirt
still leads me into EMEA swag-track having a sad news:

Dear Ambassadors,
during our FAmSCo meeting [1], and after some discussions on trac [2], we
decided to do some important changes with the goal to improve communication
between FAmSCo and all ambassadors.
From now on all discussions and FAmSCo ticket notifications, which were on
the FAmSCo ML, will go to the Ambassadors ML. Simultaneously the FAmSCo
mailing list will be set as private, in order to have still a place
where FAmSCo
can eventually discuss topics which should not go directly to public. All
active and new FAmSCo tickets, also, are set as public too.
All this aims to improve communication and should also help us to get more
feedback than in the past. We don't want to flood the ambassadors mailing
list, but given the actual traffic on both lists, this should not happen.
That all said, we are also aware that moving FAmSCo discussions could also
result in having very high traffic and perhaps also endless discussions,
instead of helping us to make the right decisions. Therefore FAmSCo would
like to ask you all, when replying to a [FAmSCo] topic, to keep in mind
that:
* We have actually 786 ambasadors; if all reply just with one mail, this
would block the whole list;
* Feedback and proposals are always welcome, but please stay always on
topic and be as effective/clear as possible;
* Some topics might be rather complex and could treat new processes; having
different opinions is normal, but don't be rude or aggressive, that would
not help to get to a common point;
Substantially we want to involve all ambassadors more, but don't want to
discuss every single topic to death with every single ambassador who wants
to add his subjective opinion. Keep in mind the common goal, and see your
feedback as a very valuable help for FAmSCo to take decisions.
Thank you all on behalf FAmSCo.
Kind regards.
