Hello all,
We had two issues in the last month or so, when people in EMEA community who are not part of the ambassadors program requested funding or swag (or both). Here are the issues in question:
https://pagure.io/ambassadors-emea/funding_requests/issue/23https://pagure.io/ambassadors-emea/funding_requests/issue/17
We need to introduce some rules for these kinds of situations. When this type of ticket is mentioned during the meeting, I am always unsure on how to proceed. As far as I know funding and swag are only available for Ambassadors -or- in rare cases to long-term Fedora contributors. Even this is not formally ruled upon. We need to discuss and agree upon how to proceed in these types of situations. I hope that someone more experienced than me (bex or robyduck perhaps) can provide some insight to this difficult topic.
Kind regards,
Nemanja
